We have a variety of vehicles to suit our clients' travel needs - from executive saloons to luxury people carriers, from luggage vans and coaches to armoured vehicles - stationed in or near to major conurbations throughout the UK. No matter where the vehicle may be, though, we pride ourselves on the fact that it will be immaculately maintained.
Our chauffeurs are all professionally trained, naturally courteous and instinctively discreet. Our chauffeurs’ experience means that they are well-rehearsed in liaising with security teams, hotels and private aviation terminals.
Regardless of the service you choose, we understand the needs of today's traveller, offering relaxed and comfortable journeys in any of our vehicles. Whether clients want to work during the journey or just sit back and relax, they arrive refreshed, focused and on schedule at their destination. Confidentiality is assured: our chauffeurs all sign a confidentiality agreement for your protection.
And unlike in days past, when chauffeur-driven vehicles were seen as the preserve only of the rich and famous, our chauffeur-driven people carriers can often transport clients more cost-effectively than the equivalent cost of First Class inter-city train tickets, quite apart from saving on parking charges, inter-meeting cab fares and the general stress of getting from A to B on time.
Regular clients are given a dedicated Account Manager, who will not only help with the planning of an itinerary or any logistical requirements but will also ensure that a regular preferred chauffeur is allocated to you (subject to availability) and that all your personal preferences (favourite newspaper, for example) are briefed to the chauffeur.
Our Control Room is in constant contact with each of our chauffeurs and can respond immediately to any client requirements or changes to travel or itinerary plans. All airport arrivals and departures are carefully monitored in real time to ensure that travel time is minimised but can be adjusted as necessary.
This monitoring has another benefit – if any client calls with an urgent transport requirement, we can immediately identify the nearest available vehicle and have it en route within minutes.
In line with Government regulations, the company is fully licensed for private hire.
